We are constantly working to implement the latest technology and train our staff to ensure that the end result is of the highest quality. We have created quality objectives to meet or exceed customer expectations at all times. Our customers must feel that they can get the same high quality at all centers.

Service level

The service level is reflected in all business areas – all from how customers are received at the reception, how to answer the phone to how possible complaints are treated. All customers must feel treated with respect and attention to his/her specific needs. 

Environmental Focus

We work to reduce our environmental impact. DITEC® follows the directives related to environmental issues and purchase environmentally preferable products.  We have created common objectives and guidelines for all of us to be kind to the environment.
